I have the following problem when i use fullscreen since the last version of DTA , if i use fullscreen and click on Play on CnC net it doesn't work fullscreen, it runs but in windowed mode that doesn't happened months ago with the other version of DTA... so it's weird. If i select full resolution to fit to the screen i can't correctly scroll the map down and up because it reachs the windows toolbar... 
so i have to play in windowed with lower resolutions to fit the screen.

The problem is basically caused by a conflict between DTA's launcher and CnCNet's executable file; they both are individually able to enable windowed mode for the game, but when you disable windowed mode in the launcher, CnCNet itself won't disable it. The quickest mode to disable windowed mode for CnCNet is by just deleting cncnet.ini, which will revert its settings back to default. Alternatively you can also click on the Settings button after clicking on 'Play on CnCNet' or open cncnet.ini and then removing -WIN from the arguments.
