I click it on the launcher but it says "connecting to CnCnet in 3 seconds" and after it goes to 0 seconds it brings me right back to the launcher can someone help?

If yes, then click on the "Settings" button while the CnCNet countdown is in progress and make sure that the "Executable" field is set to "DTA.DAT".
