Ok when i try to play it keeps saying "Tiberian Sun is not correctly installed (TibSun.mix could not be loaded)" and i have the first decade but idk how to fix it

lol thanks it works now i feel stupid this is like my first mod for it but i have loved this game for so long glad you guys made this its awesome

DTA 1.11 has been under way for nearly 2 years already, so you can be assured that it (especially the enhanced mode) will be nothing like it was in DTA 1.10. The game balance has improved as much as possible, Rampastring's AI is a monster, there's new unit and building graphics, weapons, animations, a lot of new maps, a shitload of new terrain and plenty of other stuff. So simply put, if you'd had to compare the difference between DTA 1.10 and DTA 1.11 with the difference between TS and Firestorm, I'd say the difference between DTA's versions is greater.
Concerning the release date; as usual I'll make no promises, but as mentioned it's been nearly 2 years already, so I'm hoping to get a release out before this year ends.

DTA 1.10 concerned, playing online works exactly the same as with TS if you're going to play on XWIS (you can use the WOLAPI Installer to install the Westwood Shared Internet Components if they aren't installed already).
Alternatively you can use CnCNet, which you'll have to install by placing cncnet.dll in DTA's directory and then renaming it to UDP_DTA.dll (remove or rename the UDP_DTA.dll that's in there already first). After you've done that, make a copy of DTA.exe and rename the copy to dta.dat and finally go to http://hifi.iki.fi/cncnet/ and click on the 4th button (which looks just like DTA's icon) to play DTA on CnCNet.
And if you were asking how to play online once DTA 1.11 is released; this was already explained in Rampastring's technical update.

If you meant that the game entirely freezes (without giving an error message) in the middle of playing, this happens on several desert maps in DTA 1.10. This happens because of certain terrain that is present on those maps (specific tiles are responsible for the freezes) and this problem has been solved for DTA 1.11.
