Just downloaded DTA and when i try to run it, it says that it can't start because UDP_DTA.dll is missing from my computer anyone know whats wrong?
And to add to this I did find UDP_DTA.dll in my directory but it still won't run I'm running 64bit windows 7 could that have anything to do with it?

Try running it as administrator. Running Tiberian Sun (meaning of course also DTA) with restricted rights has proven to cause problems.
