Hello, first time being here and I am glad to be playing red alert 1 again. Thank you.
Also, during the time I have been playing I notice two things. When the bots use atomic once in a while there is lag, and a chance of crashing/freezing the game.
The second issue is not really an issue but, the first red alert game played like this, base -> Ore Refinery -> War factory (skipping barracks). The enhanced version cannot do this. If this is to stop the game from having tank rushers by all means I have no issues with it, but I do love playing the game it was meant to be. Can you please set this an option in game?

specs, i5, 9800GTX plus, 4gb of ram, windows 7
Also I don't think the nuke freezes/crashes the game anymore. but there are random ass freezing in desert maps. Also there is lag when you pick up a crate that had gas in it. Also there's lag online when building some buildings but I need to experience this more with different friends.
There seems to be something different between the real red alert in terms of programming and the one for DTA. Besides the fact of war factories being first in line than barracks, I think the soviet tanks were much more powerful. On the first red alert I destroyed 3 bots in under 5-10 minutes from a tank rush but cannot ever pull it off on DTA. The bots play differently too which I don't mind, but they can team up to over throw a human most of the time. (even if it was like that on the original Red alert)

And the prerequisite inconsistency: I just looked at Red Alert's Rules.ini and yes, the War factory's only prerequisite should be the refinery.
