Could you quote the exact error you're getting?

well, now im starting to suspect that it might be the server, not the game, but i will find out what the error message is

I've the same problem, i've try some things to make online playing working with Chronoseth

The error happen when i've set the nickname and the password, the coutry location (doesn't matter i think) and choose the only server XWIS and i click "OK" The game try to find some games but less than 1second, the game crashes:

Here is the error message (game crash) :

"The Dawn of the Tiberium Age has encountered an internal error and is unable to continue normally. Please visit dta.cncxs.com for latest updates and technical support"

With the help of Chronoseth, are the following (correctly writed?) things i've done

- I've try with classic and enhanced.
- TenshiFR has nickname (think isn't already taken)
- I've set a password with 8 caracter lenght
- France for country location (think isn't important, have try with other country and no country set, game crashes too)
- I've TS, find on internet on the web, i've also the 2 CDs but no firestorm (my CDs aren't in good state)(jeuxvideo.com)
- I've RA2 (but cracked because my CDs aren't working (too much "hurted" like TS CDs)
- I've Generals and Zero Hour (with CDs!!! ^^)
- I've also C&C3+KW (CD's too)

- That's all (just have C&C95 and Ra95, find them abandonware on the web)

- I've the internet folder on every harddrive

- Tryed to move the DTA folder in the internet folder
- Tryed reinstal Internet folder
- Tryed to put the DTA folder into "Westwood" folder

Everything failed, no change, everytime the same error

Maybe my PC config is the problem? but the game's working in skirmish with no problem (some game crash sometimes but nothing important i think)

My PC:

Operating system : Microsoft Windows XP SP3
Processor : AMD Athlon 64 Processor 2.21Ghz 3700+
RAM : 1.5Go RAM
Graphic Card : ATI Radeon sapphire HD 4670 1Go DDR3

I've WI-FI internet connection, but no problem -> good & permanent internet connection.

Something else to try to make online game working?

Are you able to play online with an unmodded version of TS?

Same error but with TS, not DTA name in the error message. I will try to reinstal again the internet folder, maybe not detected cuz' of some Windows Harddrive formating.



NEW :

I've reinstal internet components with my original TS CDs, now i've a new error with TS and DTA when i click internet button on main screen :

"The installed version of the Westwood Online support library is too old. Please reinstall the shared internet components from your CD"

HELP needed, think i have to try with my Renegade CDs ? or other?



NEW AGAIN : IT WORKS

I've replace the new WOLAPI.dll installed with sun by another one version 1.20.0.0

I can go to an online channel, and looks for some match ^^
